Evanescence – Bring Me To Life
This totally represents the true meaning of Die for Me. Vincent was dead then was full of life when he met Kate(in the book he actually tells her so)caused him to realize Kate saved him from his zombie depression he was in since he was reborn. In return Kate was saved by Vincent as well from her dark days of sadness she was in caused by her parents’ deaths and leaving her life(or whatever was left of it)behind. Together they were both brought back to life by each others’ love. The song shows the past and present lives of both Kate and Vincent literal and metaphorical.”Now that I know what I am without,you can’t just leave me” This is shown in the 1st book when the both of them try to leave each other but weren’t able to do so. P.S. they r one of my favorite bands and it would be awesome if my fav band’s song was theme of the last book!!!!

My song for the book didn’t make the list, but I strongly feel that it is absolutely perfect for the mood and tone of the book and should seriously be considered. I mean, every line can be broken down and applied to Kate and vincent in one way or another. The song is “I Won’t Let Go” by Rascal Flatts and I think about Kate and Vincent everytime I hear it. If I ever get married, I’m definately going to play it at my wedding!
